Cardio KickBoxing- it was a blast!!

So our new YMCA, has some good group classes.

I went last night with my lovely wife and took a Cardio Kickboxing class.

Wholly cow, they are limiting the participants to 250 people, you have to line up to get passes!
Anyways…
